ORDER INFORMATION

Most of the time your order will ship the same day if the order is processed by 4PM Eastern Time that day. It will ship the next business day if the order is completed after 4PM or during weekends and holidays.  We try to ship all orders the same day they are received!!

Your order may be cancelled if the product is discontinued by the manufacturer, if you live in a country that we do not do business with, or if you just change your mind (granted the order has not already shipped). We charge your credit card when your order's shipping has been calculated (by the UPS Website), but if you wish to cancel an item send an email to sales@rjross.com Please include your name and order number, and we will promptly cancel the shipment of your merchandise, if it has not already shipped.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We accept credit card orders with addresses located inside the US and Canada.  We will accept credit cards from outside of the US as long we ship only to the cardholder billing address and the proper card code number is provided.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please use an address where someone can sign for the package (Home or Work address typical ).

For orders over $200 US with addresses outside of the US or Canada, we prefer payment through a PayPal Internationally verified account . To signup for PayPal, visit our signup page: PayPal Signup  Once, you have joined PayPal, you will need to become a Verified User and have a Confirmed Shipping Address in order for RJRoss.com to accept your PayPal payment and ship outside of the US.  If you would like to pay with an electronic check that draws funds directly from you checking account, please select Paypal E-Check through the PayPal ordering option.

PayPal shipping costs are final for all US orders. However, if you order thru PayPal from outside of the US, details for additional shipping charges will be emailed to you. We will then ask you to send the additional amount to our PayPal account: orders@rjross.com to cover the total international shipping charges.

Sales tax applies only to shipping addresses located in the State of Florida, USA.
