Exchange / Return Policy

Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange / return. We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make your purchase.

 

General Return/Exchange Policies

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

  • We will exchange any defective or faulty products purchased, as long as they are returned within 90 days of the purchase invoice.

 

  • We give refunds on products that were ordered in error. All toner and battery products are 100% guaranteed by the manufacturer.  If a product is deemed defective, a replacement part will be sent and we will ask for the defective product to be sent to the manufacturer or to us.

 

  • We also accept exchanges on products that were selected in error (granted they are returned within a 90 day period).

 

  • An Exchange must be requested within 90 days of the original invoice date.

 

  • We will ship the replacement product to the customer after we receive confirmation from the customer that the product that they are returning has been sent (i.e. A shipping receipt, A tracking number, etc.) or a call ticket has been issued buy the manufacture. The replacement shipment is usually shipped the same day we receive communication on the need for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

 

  • All products are sold with their respective manufacturer warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. We give a 90 day warranty, on top of the Manufacturer's warranty, on all products. Any products found to be defective after the 90 days should be returned to the manufacturer for any manufacturer warranty.

 

  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.

 

  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user’s manuals.

 

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

 

  • Products must be returned to the following address only, unless you are returning a defective toner cartridge or battery. In the case for toner and batteries, please email us at sales@rjross.com with a request for a return.
